Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has disclosed that a significant percentage of terrorists neutralized by Indian forces in 2024 were of Pakistani origin. Speaking at a recent defense conference, General Dwivedi stated that 60% of the eliminated militants were linked to cross-border terrorism originating from Pakistan.
He highlighted the Indian Army’s steadfast commitment to countering terrorism and maintaining national security. General Dwivedi commended the efforts of security forces for their precise operations and proactive approach in dealing with insurgent activities, especially in border regions.
