Delhi University (DU) has cautioned its students about a fake notice circulating on social media regarding winter holidays. The university authorities have clarified that no official communication has been made about any change in the academic schedule for the upcoming winter break.
In a recent statement, DU informed students that the notice about winter holidays is entirely fraudulent and advised them to disregard it. The university emphasized the importance of relying only on official announcements and communications from the university's official channels.
To ensure the safety of students amid the ongoing air quality concerns in Delhi, Delhi University has decided to continue conducting classes online for the time being. This decision follows a careful evaluation of the city's air pollution levels and public health guidelines.
DU also urged students to stay updated through the official university website and social media platforms for further announcements regarding the academic calendar and any changes to the class schedules.
The university has reassured students that any updates regarding the holiday schedule or changes in the format of classes will be communicated officially through the proper channels. Students are encouraged to remain alert to avoid misinformation.
