The 77th Republic Day Parade will feature a spectacular display of India’s defence prowess, with the Tri-Services Tableau and DRDO tableau taking centre stage. The Tri-Services Tableau commemorates the success of Operation Sindoor, a recent 88-hour military operation in which the Indian armed forces achieved decisive victory. The tableau highlights the seamless coordination among the Army, Navy, and Air Force, underlining the effectiveness of joint operations in modern warfare.

The tableau is designed in two distinct sections. One side presents key military assets used during the operation, including naval ships deployed off the Makran coast, aircraft such as the Sukhoi MK and Rafale, and the Army’s air defence systems, including Akash missiles and artillery guns. The other side depicts the destruction of enemy command posts, logistics infrastructure, and air bases, emphasizing the strategic achievements of the operation. By showcasing the sequence of the conflict from frontlines to infrastructure neutralization, the tableau conveys a clear message of India’s operational capability and tactical superiority.

Operation Sindoor lasted four days and demonstrated the joint application of all three wings of the armed forces. Indian forces successfully targeted enemy command posts, logistical networks, and air infrastructure, showcasing precision and coordination. The tableau reflects these achievements, highlighting how drone technology, aircraft, and advanced missile systems were deployed effectively to neutralize threats.

In parallel, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) tableau focuses on India’s indigenous innovations in submarine combat technologies. It will highlight three key advancements: the integrated combat suite, air-independent propulsion, and wire-guided heavyweight torpedoes. These technologies significantly enhance the operational capabilities of Indian submarines, allowing them to operate stealthily and effectively in modern maritime combat scenarios. Developed and productionized indigenously, these innovations reflect India’s growing self-reliance in defence technology and its commitment to strengthening national security.

Along with 29 other tableaux, the DRDO display will roll down Kartavya Path, providing the public with a glimpse of India’s cutting-edge defence advancements. The parade not only celebrates national pride but also demonstrates the strategic and technological strengths of the Indian Armed Forces. Through the combined presentation of the Tri-Services victory and DRDO’s indigenous innovations, the Republic Day Parade reinforces India’s message of preparedness, operational excellence, and technological self-reliance in defence.
