As per the released datesheet, the exams are scheduled to commence on February 20, 2026, and will be conducted at examination centres across the state. The announcement brings clarity for students, parents, and schools preparing for the upcoming academic assessments.

The datesheet outlines subject-wise examination dates and timings, allowing students to plan their revision schedules effectively. The examinations will be conducted in offline mode under standard examination guidelines prescribed by the board. Schools have been instructed to ensure smooth conduct of the exams and adhere strictly to the rules issued by the education authorities.

Students appearing for the Class 5 and Class 8 examinations can access the official timetable through the MP Board’s website. It is recommended that students verify the details carefully, including exam dates, subjects, and timings, to avoid any confusion. In case of discrepancies or queries, students should contact their respective schools or local education offices.

The MP Board has emphasised the importance of following examination protocols, including reaching exam centres on time and carrying necessary stationery. Schools have also been directed to provide adequate support to students, especially those appearing for board-conducted assessments for the first time.

The annual examinations play a crucial role in assessing students’ academic progress and readiness for the next stage of schooling. Teachers have been advised to guide students through focused revision and help them understand the exam pattern and marking scheme. Parents are encouraged to support their children by creating a structured study environment at home.

The board has also stated that any updates or changes to the examination schedule will be communicated through official notifications only. Students and parents are advised to rely on verified sources and avoid misinformation circulating on social media platforms.

With nearly two months remaining before the examinations begin, students are expected to utilise this time effectively for preparation. The release of the datesheet marks an important milestone in the academic calendar and helps schools finalise their instructional plans leading up to the exams.
