Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 is the latest installment in the popular Housefull franchise. The series first began in 2010 with Housefull, directed by Sajid Khan. Starring Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh alongside Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone, and Boman Irani, the film centered around a man whose bad luck affects everything he does. The sequel, Housefull 2, released in 2012, introduced new faces like John Abraham and Asin, and revolved around four men using questionable methods to marry the women of their dreams. The franchise continued with Housefull 3 in 2016 and Housefull 4 in 2019, both of which were successful at the box office.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the next chapter, which promises more comedy, chaos, and star power.
