Kashvi Majmundar, the talented young actor, recently opened up about playing the role of young Nadia in the spy thriller series Citadel: Honey Bunny, directed by Raj & DK. In this role, she portrayed the younger version of the character played by Priyanka Chopra in the US Citadel series. Kashvi expressed her excitement about bringing Nadia's fearless and clever qualities to life.
Speaking about her character, Kashvi mentioned, “Nadia is brave and clever, and I think we are kind of similar because we both love learning new things, especially languages.” She further shared how much she enjoyed performing the action sequences, saying, “It was really exciting to act in scenes where Nadia had to be fearless. I even had to learn some karate moves, like kicks and punches, which was awesome. My coach helped me practice, and now I feel like I can defend myself in real life too.”
Kashvi also spoke fondly of her collaboration with the talented directors Raj & DK, as well as her onscreen parents, who provided her with valuable guidance. “Working with Raj & DK sir and my onscreen parents was amazing—they taught me so much about acting and staying focused,” she added.
The young actor also shared that playing a younger version of Priyanka Chopra's character was a significant honor for her, as Priyanka is one of her favorite actors. The series, which also stars Varun Dhawan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Kay Kay Menon, was released on Prime Video on November 6 and has quickly captivated audiences.
