In an unusual development from Tihar Jail, jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has once again drawn public attention by announcing a giveaway targeting fans of Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez.

In an unusual development from Tihar Jail, jailed conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has once again drawn public attention by announcing a giveaway targeting fans of Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez. According to a letter released by him from prison, Sukesh promised to gift 10 luxury flats, each worth Rs 1 crore, to the winners of a reel-making contest based on Jacqueline’s new song titled Dum Dum.

Sukesh stated that this gesture is intended to show his support and admiration for Jacqueline, with whom he is alleged to have had a close relationship. He invited fans to participate in the contest by creating Instagram reels using the Dum Dum track. The best ten entries, he claimed, would be rewarded with apartments located in various metropolitan cities across India.

This is not the first time Sukesh has made a public declaration involving Jacqueline Fernandez. The actress has already been questioned multiple times by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a money laundering case in which Sukesh is a prime accused. Reports suggest that he gifted expensive items, including luxury cars and jewellery, to the actress in the past. While Jacqueline has denied any wrongdoing, her name continues to appear in ongoing investigations.

Sukesh's new letter comes at a time when legal proceedings against him are still active. He is accused of defrauding several high-profile individuals and corporate entities of hundreds of crores of rupees. The ED and Delhi Police have filed multiple charge sheets detailing his criminal operations, which included impersonation, fraud, and misuse of high-level contacts.

Legal experts have questioned the legitimacy of such announcements made from jail, pointing out that any promise of financial reward or gift while under judicial custody may be seen as a violation of prison regulations. Authorities at Tihar Jail have reportedly taken note of Sukesh’s recent letter and are reviewing whether it breaches any rules.

Despite the legal and ethical concerns, Sukesh continues to send public messages from prison, many of which include emotional or promotional content addressed to Jacqueline Fernandez. His letters often express admiration for the actress and make offers or declarations that raise eyebrows both within the legal community and among the public.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandez has maintained silence on the latest development. Her representatives have declined to comment on Sukesh’s letter or the so-called Dum Dum contest. She is currently focusing on her professional projects, trying to distance herself from the controversies linked to Sukesh’s criminal past.

The case continues to develop as investigative agencies dig deeper into the extent of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s influence and financial dealings. While his latest move may seem like a publicity stunt, it once again brings attention to the tangled relationship between celebrity culture and legal accountability in India.
