As anticipated, Amaran, featuring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi, has successfully entered the ₹100 crore club globally. The film continues to showcase its box office strength, bringing in an impressive ₹21.75 crore on Day 4, which is nearly on par with its earnings from both the opening day and Day 3.
Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, Amaran stars Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi in leading roles, alongside Bhuvan Arora as Sepoy Vikram Singh and Rahul Bose portraying Colonel Amit Singh Dabas, Mukund's commanding officer. The film is a poignant tribute to the late Major Mukund, who was posthumously awarded the Ashoka Chakra for his "exemplary leadership skills, raw courage, and swift action" during a critical operation against militants in Kashmir in 2014.
The technical crew supporting Amaran includes music composer GV Prakash, cinematographer CH Sai, and editor R Kalaivanan. The film premiered in theatres on October 31, coinciding with Diwali, and has opened to positive reviews from audiences and critics alike. With its compelling storyline and strong performances, Amaran is poised to continue its successful run at the box office.
