The makers of the upcoming romantic comedy Emakku Thozhil Romance, starring Ashok Selvan and Avanthika Mishra, released the lyrical video for the song "Nenjamelaam Kaadhal" on Monday. The peppy track, filled with fast beats, is composed by Nivas K Prasanna, who also sings the song alongside Varshini Muralikrishnan. The lyrics are written by Mohan Rajan.
The film's trailer, launched in May, gave a glimpse of Ashok Selvan in the role of an aspiring filmmaker, with hints that the film would be a comedy of errors. Directed by debutant Balaji Kesavan, Emakku Thozhil Romance features a star-studded cast including Urvashi, Azhagam Perumal, MS Bhaskar, Bagavathi Perumal, and Badava Gopi in key roles. The film's technical crew includes cinematography by Ganesh Chandra, editing by I Jerome Alen, and music by Nivas K Prasanna. It is produced by M Thirumalai of T Creations.
Ashok Selvan's previous OTT release was Pon Ondru Kanden, where he co-starred with Vasanth Ravi and Aishwarya Lekshmi, while his last theatrical release was the sports drama Blue Star.
Emakku Thozhil Romance is set to release in theatres on November 15.
