In anticipation of Prabhu Deva's upcoming film Petta Rap, the makers have released a new dance number titled "Lika Lika." The song, featuring an energetic on-stage performance, is sung by Nikhita Gandhi and Yazin Nizar. It is composed by D Imman with lyrics penned by Madhan Karky.
The recently released trailer of Petta Rap showcases Prabhu Deva in the role of an aspiring actor with a passion for dance and stunts, but like many newcomers, he faces hurdles in breaking into the film industry. Alongside Prabhu Deva, the film stars Vedhika in the female lead role, with supporting performances from Bagavathi Perumal, Vivek Prasanna, Ramesh Thilak, Mime Gopi, and Riyaz Khan.
Produced by Jobi P Sam, Petta Rap features cinematography by Jithu Damodhar and editing by Nishadh Yusuf. The film, scored by D Imman, has received a U/A certificate from the censor board. Set for a theatrical release on September 27, Petta Rap will compete with other major releases such as Vijay Antony's Hitler, Sathish's Sattam En Kaiyil, and Karthi's Meiyazhagan.
