Vikram is teaming up with Chithha director SU Arun Kumar for his 62nd feature film, Veera Dheera Sooran. The two-part film began production in March and completed its second schedule in August. To celebrate actress Dushara Vijayan’s 26th birthday, the filmmakers released a special poster featuring her alongside Vikram. Interestingly, Vikram shared that the image was captured by cinematographer Theni Eswar using an iPhone.
Veera Dheera Sooran features a stellar cast, including Vikram in the lead role, with Dushara as the female lead. The film also stars SJ Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Siddique in pivotal roles. Based on early glimpses and posters, Vikram’s character is rumored to be a grocery shopkeeper with a dark, violent past.
The film boasts a strong technical team, with GV Prakash Kumar composing the music, Theni Eswar handling the cinematography, Prasanna GK as the editor, and art direction by CS Balachander. Notably, the two-part film will be released in reverse order, with the second part set to premiere before the first. Plot details and a tentative release date are yet to be disclosed.
