The video for "Mirugan," a track from the supernatural horror film Demonte Colony 2, has been unveiled. The song, sung and composed by Sam CS with lyrics penned by Mohan Rajan, captures the dark, eerie essence of the film, featuring scenes of satanic rituals, flashbacks, and glimpses of Priya Bhavani Shankar’s character. The haunting melody adds to the spine-chilling atmosphere of the movie.
Demonte Colony 2, written and directed by Ajay R Gnanamuthu, is a follow-up to the 2015 film Demonte Colony, which also starred Arulnithi. The film hit theaters on August 15 and features a strong ensemble cast, including Priya Bhavani Shankar, Antti Jaaskelainen, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid, and Archana Ravichandran.
Harish Kannan is responsible for the film’s cinematography, while Kumaresh D handles the editing. Demonte Colony 2 is produced by Raj Varma Entertainment, Shree Balaji Films, Gnanamuthu Pattarai, and White Knights Entertainment, with Vijaya Subrahmaniam and RC Rajkumar as producers, and B Suresh Reddy and B Manasa Reddy as co-producers. Following its release, a new sequence for the film was announced.
