Actor Prasanna has been announced as the first official addition to the cast of Ajith Kumar's much-anticipated film, Good Bad Ugly. The movie is directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers. This film marks Prasanna's first collaboration with the acclaimed actor Ajith Kumar, and he has already begun shooting for the project.
In an emotional post on his social media, Prasanna shared his excitement, stating, "This time it’s finally true that I’m part of our beloved Thala Ajith Kumar sir’s film. It’s a dream come true for me." He reflected on his long-standing desire to work with Ajith, noting that since Mankatha, there have been numerous speculations about his involvement in Ajith's films.
Prasanna expressed gratitude towards Ajith, the director, and the production team, stating, "He is loved so much for what he is, and he is only what you and I have known about him. The man is full of humility and so grounded."
On the technical side, the film will feature music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Abinandan Ramanujam, editing by Vijay Velukutty, and action sequences choreographed by Supreme Sundar. Good Bad Ugly is set for a Pongal release in 2025.
Meanwhile, Ajith is preparing for the release of Vidaa Muyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions.
