The makers of the upcoming romantic comedy Brother, featuring Jayam Ravi and Priyanka Mohan, released the promo video for the song 'Medhakuthu Kaalu Rendum' on Tuesday. This wedding-themed number is composed by the talented Harris Jeyaraj, with vocals by Madhushree and lyrics written by Parvathy Meera. Fans can look forward to the full video song, set to be released at 5 PM on Wednesday.
The film boasts a strong supporting cast, including Bhoomika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth Kumar, MS Bhaskar, Rao Ramesh, and Suresh Chakravarthy. However, specific plot details remain under wraps, adding an air of mystery to the film.
Brother marks Harris Jeyaraj's fourth collaboration with Jayam Ravi, following successful projects like Dhaam Dhoom (2008), Engeyum Kadhal (2011), and Vanamagan (2017). This is also Jeyaraj’s second collaboration with director Rajesh, having previously worked together on Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012).
The film's technical team includes cinematographer Vivekanand Santhosham and editor Abisish Joseph. Produced under the banner of Screen Scene Media Entertainment, Brother is set to hit theaters on Diwali (October 31) and will face competition at the box office from Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran and Kavin's Bloody Beggar.
