Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran is one of the most eagerly awaited films in Tamil cinema, and it's gearing up for a spectacular Diwali release. With less than 50 days until its arrival on the big screen, the film's promotional campaign has kicked off in full swing. The first major reveal from the makers is the first look teaser of Sai Pallavi as Indhu, showcasing her character's role in the film.
Amaran is an action-packed entertainer inspired by the real-life story of Major Mukund Varadharajan, a valiant Indian soldier from Tamil Nadu. Sivakarthikeyan will be portraying the role of Major Mukund, a challenging part for which he underwent intense physical training to do justice to the brave soldier's legacy. The film promises to shed light on several untold stories of this heroic figure.
Music for Amaran is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with the first single titled Hey Minnale set to be released soon. To ramp up the excitement, Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, GV Prakash Kumar, and director Rajkumar Periyasamy are currently attending a promotional event in Malaysia as part of the film's international marketing efforts.
