Dream Warrior Pictures, the production house behind Suriya 45, has officially confirmed that actress Trisha has joined the cast of the highly anticipated film. This announcement puts to rest recent speculation about her involvement. Directed by RJ Balaji, Suriya 45 will see the reunion of Suriya and Trisha, who last appeared together in the 2005 film Aaru. The film also brings Suriya together with his NGK producers and RJ Balaji with his Sorgavaasal collaborators, SR Prabu and SR Prakash Babu of Dream Warrior Pictures.
The film was officially launched with a pooja ceremony earlier this year and is currently in the pre-production phase. The makers have yet to disclose further information regarding the plot and characters of Suriya 45. On the technical side, the film will feature cinematography by GK Vishnu. Recently, Sai Abhyankar replaced AR Rahman as the music composer for the project.
In addition to Suriya 45, Suriya has other exciting projects lined up, including an untitled film with director Karthik Subbaraj, which will co-star Pooja Hegde, Joju George, Jayaram, and Karunakaran. Meanwhile, Trisha has her film Vidaamuyarchi with Ajith in the pipeline. RJ Balaji also leads the cast in the upcoming film Happy Ending, directed by Ammamuthu Surya and produced by Million Dollar Studios, known for backing films like Good Night and Lover.
