The first look of Ghaati, starring Anushka Shetty, was released on Thursday, coinciding with the actor’s birthday. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, this pan-India film presents Anushka in a never-seen-before intense avatar. In the gripping poster, Anushka is seen with blood-splattered hands, a fierce expression, and a bold bindi, hinting at a complex character rooted in themes of survival, strength, and resilience. The tagline "Victim, Criminal, Legend" suggests a multi-faceted journey for her character, adding intrigue to the film’s narrative.
Produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi under the First Frame Entertainment banner and presented by UV Creations, Ghaati marks Anushka’s fourth collaboration with UV Creations. It also reunites her with director Krish Jagarlamudi, who previously worked with her on the successful film Vedam. The technical crew includes cinematographer Manojh Reddy Katasani, music director Nagavelli Vidya Sagar, and art director Thota Tharrani.
Slated for release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, Ghaati promises a gripping cinematic experience for audiences across India. The film is nearing completion and is expected to make waves when it hits theatres.
