The highly anticipated collaboration between Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu has officially unveiled its title: Akhanda 2. This film serves as the sequel to the 2014 blockbuster Akhanda, which also starred Balakrishna in the lead role. To commemorate the announcement, the makers released a new poster rich with spiritual imagery, including a Lingam and a Shiva Linga, underscoring the film's divine themes. The title is accentuated by the caption ‘Thaandavam,’ flanked by two Damarukams that symbolize the ecstatic dance of Lord Shiva, while the majestic Himalayas in the background add to the film's devotional essence.
Musical duties for Akhanda 2 are handled by Thaman S, with Tammiraju serving as the editor. The cinematography will be co-directed by Santoshh D Detakae and C Ramprasad, and AS Prakash takes charge of the art direction.
