The team behind The Raja Saab has unveiled an eye-catching new poster featuring Prabhas, coinciding with the actor’s birthday celebration. This much-anticipated film, directed by Maruthi, is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10 next year.
The new poster effectively sets the tone for the film's eerie universe, highlighting various haunting elements, including a lonely spirit and a dilapidated mansion. At the center of this chilling atmosphere is Prabhas, who is elegantly seated on an imposing throne. He exudes confidence and intensity, casually smoking a cigar, which further amplifies the film's horror theme. The poster also features the tagline, “Horror is the new humour,” suggesting a unique blend of genres.
The Raja Saab marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and director Maruthi. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner and boasts a talented cast that includes Malavika Mohanan, Nidhie Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar. The music for the film is composed by Thaman S, with Karthik Palani handling cinematography and Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao serving as the editor.
