DMK leader and Leader of the Opposition Udhayanidhi Stalin has reacted to his detention by Chennai Police in connection with a case registered over remarks made during a public meeting in Thanjavur. Speaking after the police action, he questioned the allegations against him and maintained that he had not made any objectionable statement. He also claimed that the video of his speech circulating on social media had been edited and said he would pursue legal remedies.
