Prabowo Subianto was sworn in as the president of Indonesia, making a strong commitment to combat corruption, a long-standing issue in the nation. In his first address, Prabowo stressed the importance of restoring integrity and public trust in the government. He vowed to prioritize anti-corruption measures by empowering Indonesia’s anti-graft agencies, introducing stricter regulations, and ensuring transparency at all levels of governance.

Prabowo's focus is not limited to corruption; he also outlined plans for economic reform, infrastructure development, and strengthening law enforcement. He emphasized that effective governance would lead to more robust economic growth and increased foreign investment. The president aims to implement a zero-tolerance policy for corruption within both high-ranking officials and local authorities, while also ensuring that the judiciary remains independent and effective.

By eliminating corruption, Prabowo seeks to improve Indonesia's international standing and ensure that public funds are used efficiently for national development. His administration has outlined various programs to improve transparency, including the digitalization of public services, closer scrutiny of government contracts, and promoting accountability across ministries. He also plans to encourage whistleblower protections to expose corruption from within the system.

In addition to battling corruption, Prabowo highlighted his vision for Indonesia’s future: fostering unity, promoting national security, and positioning Indonesia as a global economic power. His administration is expected to focus on structural reforms that encourage growth, create jobs, and modernize infrastructure, all while ensuring clean governance remains at the forefront of his presidency.
